Army Air Corps type A-11 leather flight helmet w/ ANB-H-1 radio receivers and red PL-354 connector.
The leather helmet was manufactured by The Selby Shoe Co. (Specification No. 3189). Mid-war contract and size large.
The receivers were made by Shure brothers. They are original to the helmet and were never removed nor replaced.
