Nice US Army Air Corps training school "ACTS" instructor badge.
Nice blue enamel finish with oversized, high relief AC propeller with white paint on the propeller blades. It was manufactured by Gemsco, NY. Recovered at the bottom of a WWII Air Transport Command veteran footlocker.
