US Army officers OD wool garrison cap.
OD wool construction with yellow cotton lining. Large officers black & gold piping.
The shape of this cap is very similar to the WWI era garrison caps. This cap appears to be a very early officer cap (1920s/30s). It was manufactured by the Army and Navy Co-Operative Company (Uniform manufacturer during WWI).

Construction en laine brune avec doublure en coton jaune pale. Passepoil d'officier noir et or de large taille.
La forme de ce calot est très similaire à celle des calots datant de la 1ere Guerre Mondiale. Il semble s'agir d'un calot d'officier très précoce (1920 / 1930). Il a été fabriqué par ''Army and Navy Co-Operative Company", une compagnie active pendant la 1ere Guerre Mondiale.
