Officers "Sam Browne" or "Liberty" belt with shoulder strap.
Heavy weight, full grain cordovan leather construction. This is a WWI-era British belt and it is unmarked.
These belts were purchased privately by American Expeditionary Forces (AEF) officers and were worn in Great-Britain and France but were not authorized stateside until 1921.

Construction robuste en cuir de couleur brun-rouge foncé. Il s'agit d'une ceinture de la période de la 1ère Guerre Mondiale de fabrication anglaise, non-marquée.
Ces ceintures ont été très souvent achetées par les officiers de l'American Expeditionary Forces (AEF) et ont été portées en Angleterre et en France mais n'ont été autorisées aux US qu'a partir de 1921.
