Type A-4 walk around oxygen bottle w/ type A-13 regulator.

The A-4 bottle is a portable "walk-around", low-pressure cylinder made of stainless steel. They were designed to allow bombers crew to move around the plane, away from fixed oxygen facilities or in case of a failure of the main oxygen system.

Good condition. Most black paint markings on the cylinder wore off with time.

Le bouteillon A-4 est un cylindre portable, de basse pression fait d'acier inoxydable. Ces bouteillons ont été conçu pour permettre aux équipages de bombardiers de se déplacer dans l'avion pendant un vol de haute altitude sans devoir être connecté au système d'oxygène fixe ou dans le cas d'une rupture du système d'oxygène de l'appareil.

Condition :

Bonne condition. La plupart des marquages de peinture noire du cylindre se sont estompés avec le temps.
