Scarce US Navy WAVES leather purse.

Soft leather construction with rayon lining. Correct US Navy WAVES blue tag sewn under the flap. Comes with it's original shoulder strap. Identified with the service woman's stenciled last name under the flap. A US Marine Corps dress cap insignia is mounted on the bag. Judging by the wear, it has been there since the war.

Construction en cuir lisse avec doublure en rayonne. Etiquette bleue de l'US Navy WAVES cousue sous le rabat de fermeture. La sangle d'épaule est originale. Ce sac a main est identifié avec un nom de famille et initiales marqués au pochoir sous le rabat. Un insigne de l'US Marine Corps est monté sur ce sac. A jugé par les traces d'usure, cet insigne est monté sur ce sac depuis la Guerre.
